RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Hooligan hopes that you never have to cancel or return a product.

However, we would be there to help you in case an order needs to be cancelled, returned or exchanged. We do not refund for the items purchased, we do exchange an item for another or provide store credits with a validity of 6 months.

Our products pass through strict inspection as regards to quality before we ship our products to our customers.

You can choose to return or exchange the product up to 7 days from the date you receive the order by writing to us at helpdesk@hooligan.in or calling us on the contact number mentioned on the Contact Us page. Which means the customer would have to notify Hooligan about return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order. Any such requests made after the seventh day would not be treated as valid.

Also, ensure that the product reaches us within 15 days of it being delivered to you. Any return shipments reaching the website office after 15 days would not be accepted.

For international customers the item should reach is with in 10 to 30 days. Any return shipments reaching the website office after 30 days would not be accepted.

Returns and exchanges will be only accepted and approved when the items returned are in perfect salable condition.

Returns and exchanges will be only accepted and approved when they are in their original packaging. This means that they should be in their original boxes / packaging materials it has been delivered in. Please don't write return shipping address or any other content on the box, they should be written on a paper. Damage of the box will not be accepted.

Any promotional discount coupons, products tags & gifts are to be returned as well. Failing to meet these conditions the returns / exchange will not be accepted.

We at Hooligan reserve the right to not accept exchange or return of our products in case our conditions are not met with.


Incorrect order or product damaged when received:

We take utmost care while packing your order to ensure that the right product reaches you in the safest way and in perfect condition . However, in case on receiving the order, if the product is incorrect or is damaged in transit, the same would be replaced if the stock is available or we will give you a store credit with a validity of 6 months. We will also waive off the return shipping fee for the item.

In such cases, all you would have to do is intimate us on the same day of receiving the order by writing to us at helpdesk@hooligan.in with the defective items picture as a proof of defect or calling us on the contact number mentioned on the Contact Us page and your request would be taken care of. The process is hassle free.

In case you fail to intimate on the same day of receiving an incorrect or damaged product, the product will be considered sold and would not be replaced or refunded.


The method in which a return can be processed: 

We can arrange a reverse pick-up for the customer. All that needs to be done is mentioned below:

  1. You have to send us an email at helpdesk@hooligan.in to get the pick-up arranged.
  2. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it's packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way. Please also put a note mentioning your order number and your name so that we know that its your package when we receive it.
  3. We shall send you the details of your reverse pick-up within 1-2 working days.
  4. You have to keep the package securely packed and ready before the pick-up boy comes to your doorstep. Please remember to place your email id and order number on or inside the package so that we know it's yours when it reaches to us.
  5. We try hard to accept all returns. Returns would be treated as valid only if the received item is in impeccable condition with all the packaging materials and labels intact.
  6. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you, and you shall have to bear for the courier charges.
  7. The reverse pick-up charges would be Rs. 100 per pick-up. For international buyers the charges will be according to the geographical locationof the shipping address (may vary from country to country).

Please note that any requests for return or exchange will be processed only after receiving the orders at the warehouse.
In case of returns, any FREE GIFTS (part of any SALE or promotions - if sent in the order) should be sent along as well (unused and in it's original packing only). If in case the gift is not included in the return parcel / shipment, or if it is not in it's original packing or if damaged the return will not be accepted.

Returns & Exchanges for certain products are not accepted.
Categories/Products that fall under "No Exchange, No Returns, No Cancellations" are as follows:

  1. Items under "Made to Order"
  2. Items under "Sale"

Please note that any shipping charges cannot be refunded as it is a cost which has been incurred to send the product to you.
